Description
- Reasonable knowledge and expertise of import, export and guarantee operation;
- Lodgment, retirement, financing/refinancing of trade transactions;
- Handling of queries from the customers and related stakeholders;
- AML and sanction screening along with various reporting to stakeholders;
- Follow relevant checklists and timely escalate issues to Team Leads;
- Be a part of automation initiatives and in a continuous drive to achieve more.
Qualifications
- Graduation from any reputed university with a satisfactory academic track record;
- 2 – 5 years of working experience in the relevant field, preferably in centralized trade operations;
- Professional certification in Trade will carry an advantage;
- Sound knowledge in Bangladesh Bank Guidelines for Foreign Exchange Transactions, Trade Policy of Bangladesh and International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) rules;
- Strong command over Microsoft Office & conceptual understanding of banking/financial software;
- Good interpersonal communication skills;
- Proficient in customer centricity, Team player, self-propelled, and capability to meet deadlines.
